What to expect on your first visit
We strive to be punctual. Please arrive on time for your appointment so that you allow
us enough time to establish a correct diagnosis and address all of your concerns.
For your Osteopathic appointment wear loose comfortable clothing avoiding jeans. We may
ask you to remove your belt and shoes.
New Osteopathic visits are 45-75 minutes and follow up visits are between 30-45 minutes.
Massage visits are 60 minutes.

to do so please show up to your appointment 30 minutes early.
